There are an enormous range of yoga styles and practices out there. Yoga is very much a personal experience. We recommend you try a variety of class styles, teachers and find the one YOU like and enjoy. The best yoga class or style for you is the one that you want to return to!
- Power Yoga is more about an attitude than a particular style – read more about our different level classes.
- Yoga for Beginners – our monthly 4 week course is perfect for absolute beginners or if you’ve dabbled. One 60 minute class per week over 4 weeks. Ideal to learn the basics or refresh. From here you can comfortably head into our Open Power classes knowing your Warrior 1 from your warrior 2! More info here.
- Pregnancy Yoga Right now we don’t have regular pre or post natal classes on our schedule. We’d love to start one soon so do email us with your interest. We refer students to our teacher, Isabella Bottini who also teaches pregnancy (pre-natal) and post-natal classes.
