There are an enormous range of yoga styles and practices. Yoga is very much a personal experience. We recommend you try a variety of class styles, teachers and find the one you like. The best yoga style for you is the one that you want to return to!

- Pregnancy Yoga We do not have a regular pregnancy class on our schedule. However, we refer students to one of our teachers, Isabella Bottini who runs these kinds of classes. Information here.
