Susan and Amy are the founders of Mandala Yoga Dublin.

Together with our experienced and  carefully chosen experienced team of teachers we are passionate about yoga, movement, breathing and community.

Our Dynamic Yoga Flow classes at Mandala are energy-boosting. We have a lot of fun flowing and moving around the mat.  You’ll step off the mat lighter, calmer and more  energised. We have 50 min classes during the week and a longer class at the weekend to help you deepen your practice.

We have Yin Yoga classes three times a week for a slower practice that gets deep into the joints and targets all that deep-held tension.

Our Weekly Beginner Yoga Classes are a perfect way for you to get you moving and breathing better again.

If you’re working with mobility challenges – as a senior or coming back from injury our Gentle Yoga Flow will be a great starting point for you. You can practice on the mat or with the support of a chair.

If you’re expecting, then you’re practicing for two!  Our twice weekly PreNatal Yoga  classes with Breda are all about taking care of you and your bump. We also offer PostNatal classes for new mums.

If you’re on the look-out for a Weekend Workshop or a Yoga Retreat – something new or something a little bit different to try, check out our Retreat and Workshops here.
