Our daily power yoga classes are held in two heated spaces in the Dublin 4 area: St. Mary’s parish hall on Haddington Road and Irishtown Stadium, Ringsend.
We also organise fun, pop up community events, workshops and host top class visiting international yoga teachers.
This Autumn we have a brand new expanded schedule with additional new classes and new pass options. We’ve also introduced new styles of classes to cater for all kinds of students and have a series of workshops with local and international teachers planned for you.
We have two weekly 55 minute Open Power classes (heated) – every Tuesday and Wednesday morning in Irishtown Stadium. Drop in only €12. Class starts 7.05AM sharp.
Our 10 class mid week morning pass (€120) for Early Birds is available for purchase online.
NEW TO POWER YOGA?
We call this practice ‘power’ yoga because the vinyasa flow practice leaves you feeling empowered. We warmly welcome beginners, improvers as well as more advanced students and teachers. All this practice asks for is an open mind and a positive attitude!
The majority (8) of our 11 weekly classes are Open Level. Our motivated and friendly teaching team hail from all parts of the world. We have an additional 3 classes to cater for students looking for a little more challenge or teachers. Check out what the different classes mean here.

Curious to try power yoga or yoga in a heated space? Avail of our 10 DAY introductory offer for just €35. Attend as many classes as you like over 10 consecutive days. Your pass activates the day you attend your first class.
