We host a variety of in-studio and online yoga classes, open to all levels, in a light-filled space in the parish hall of
St. Mary’s Church – on Haddington Road.
If you’re looking to start yoga or return to yoga in a friendly, welcoming environment with a range of yoga classes and experienced teachers, then you’ve come to the right space.

Susan and Amy are the founders of Mandala Yoga Dublin. We and our experienced team are passionate about yoga, movement and community.
Our multi-level Yoga Flow classes are dynamic and energy-boosting You’ll step off the mat lighter. For a slower practice that targets the joints and deep tension, we have Yin Yoga classes twice a week.
And our Weekly Beginners Yoga Class is a perfect way for you to get you started.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Our popular 6 class beginner-specific course is designed to build your confidence and a strong foundation. This six class course gives you the fundamentals of a movement-based yoga practice.

We have a daily On Demand option if you can’t make our live classes, live far away or simply wish to practice from home.
