Our multi-level Yoga Flow classes are dynamic and energy-boosting You’ll step off the mat lighter, calmer and energised.
We have Yin Yoga classes three times a week for students looking for a slower practice that targets the joints and deep tension.
And our Weekly Beginner Yoga Classes are a perfect way for you to get you started.
Our next 6 Week Pregnancy Yoga course starts on Sat 13th January.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Our popular 6 class beginner-specific course is designed to build your confidence and a strong foundation. This six class course gives you the fundamentals of a movement-based yoga practice.
A flexible 6 class pass gives you the option to practice Wednesday evening or Saturday morning and explore our other classes.
