Power Yoga is suited to absolute yoga beginners through to more experienced yoga practitioners and yoga teachers.
Practicing Power Yoga is a mindset.
Our weekly schedule of morning, evening and weekend YOGA, MEDITATION & MAT PILATES classes are hosted both Online and In Person.
All our live streamed online class times are Dublin GMT. We also host weekly prenatal yoga classes online.
Most classes are 50 minutes in duration. As classes are recorded you can also catch up later via our high quality content library (unrestricted access for lots of our passes).
FIRST TIME practicing with us? We recommend our INTRO OFFER – 7 DAYS UNLIMITED ONLINE or IN PERSON CLASSES for only €20.

NEW TO POWER YOGA?
We call this practice ‘POWER’ yoga because the vinyasa flow practice leaves you feeling EM_Powered. We warmly welcome beginners, improvers as well as more experienced students and teachers. All this practice asks for is an open mind and a positive attitude!
The majority of our weekly classes are Open Level. Our motivated and friendly teaching team hail from all parts of the world. Check out what the different classes mean here.
