Morning, Evening and Weekend power yoga classes in St. Mary’s Parish Hall on Haddington Road.

Power Yoga is suited to absolute yoga beginners through to more experienced yoga practitioners and yoga teachers.  Practicing Power Yoga is a mindset More about our different yoga class styles here.

We have lots of different classes as well as different class pack options to suit your schedule and budget.  Check our schedule online for the most up to date class times and locations.

Classes are either 60 minutes or 75 minutes in duration and drop in prices range from €12 to €18.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER

Curious to try power yoga or yoga in a heated space? 

As a new student you can avail of ONE of our 2 introductory pass options.  Attend as many classes as you like over either 7 or 30 consecutive days. 

Your pass activates the day you attend your first class. Only one introductory offer allowed per person.

THREE weekly  morning Open Power classes (slightly heated) classes  Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday  Drop in only €12.  Class starts 7AM and ends 8AM sharp. Doors open from 6.45AM

Our 10 class mid week morning pass (€120) for Early Birds is available for purchase online.

We also organise fun, pop up community yoga events, workshops and host top class visiting international yoga teachers.

NEW TO POWER YOGA?

We call this practice ‘POWER’ yoga because the vinyasa flow practice leaves you feeling EM_Powered. We warmly welcome beginners, improvers as well as more experienced students and teachers. All this practice asks for is an open mind and a positive attitude!

The majority of our weekly classes are Open Level. Our motivated and friendly teaching team hail from all parts of the world.

We also have classes that cater specifically for students looking for a little more challenge: EM_POWER and ROCKET POWER
