Daily Power Yoga classes in two heated spaces in the Dublin 4 area:
- Daily classes in St. Mary’s Parish Hall on Haddington Road.
- Early morning yoga classes (with shower facilities) in Irishtown Stadium, Ringsend. A
- Our schedule includes morning, evening and weekend yoga classes.
Power Yoga is suited to absolute yoga beginners through to more experienced yoga practitioners and yoga teachers. Practicing Power Yoga is a mindset. Have a look at our two locations here. More about our different yoga class styles here.
WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE
This Autumn we have lots of classes as well as different pass options to suit your schedule and budget. Check our schedule online for the most up to date class times and locations.
All classes are 75 minutes except Tues and Wed morning (55 minutes)
Curious to try power yoga or yoga in a heated space? Avail of our 10 DAY introductory offer for just €35. Attend as many classes as you like over 10 consecutive days. Your pass activates the day you attend your first class.
CALLING ALL EARLY BIRDS!
We have two weekly 55 minute Open Power classes (heated) – every Tuesday and Wednesday morning in Irishtown Stadium. Drop in only €12. Class starts 7.05AM sharp.
Our 10 class mid week morning pass (€120) for Early Birds is available for purchase online.
MANDALA YOGA EVERYWHERE
We also organise fun, pop up community yoga events, workshops and host top class visiting international yoga teachers.

NEW TO POWER YOGA?
We call this practice ‘POWER’ yoga because the vinyasa flow practice leaves you feeling EM_Powered. We warmly welcome beginners, improvers as well as more experienced students and teachers. All this practice asks for is an open mind and a positive attitude!
The majority (7) of our 10 weekly classes are Open Level. Our motivated and friendly teaching team hail from all parts of the world.
We have 3 weekly classes that cater specifically for students looking for a little more challenge: EM_POWER and ROCKET POWER.
