We host a combination of daily in-studio and online yoga classes, open to all levels, in a light-filled space in the parish hall on the grounds of St. Mary’s Church off Haddington Road.
If you’re looking to start yoga (or pick up yoga where you left off) in a friendly, welcoming environment with a range of yoga classes and teachers, then you’re in the right space.

Amy, Susan (founders of Mandala Yoga) and their experienced Mandala Yoga team are passionate about yoga, movement and community.
Mandala yoga classes are dynamic and energy-boosting. You’ll definitely step off your mat lighter. Join our morning 7.30AM (Tues and Thur) or evening 6.30PM Vinyasa flow classes!
For a slower yoga practice, we have slow and deep Yin Yoga twice a week: Tuesdays 7.30PM and Sundays 5.30PM.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
At Mandala we love beginners!
Every 6 weeks or so we run a Yoga for (Absolute) Beginners course to get you started with confidence. Our Jan course has just started but the next one starts Monday February 20th 2023. Sign up to Yoga for Beginners here.

The Mandala community totally embraced The Great Outdoors last summer. With a chill in the air we’re moving indoors but it won’t be long before we’re back in the little park beside the studio when temperatures allow.
