Our daily power yoga classes are held in two heated spaces in the Dublin 4 area: Irishtown Stadium, Ringsend and St. Mary’s parish hall on Haddington Road.

Our schedule includes morning and evening yoga class options with classes suited to absolute beginners through to experienced practitioners and yoga teachers.  Check out our locations here.

We also organise fun, pop up community events, workshops and host top class visiting international yoga teachers.


This Autumn we have a brand new expanded schedule with additional new classes and new pass options. We’ve also introduced new styles of classes to cater for all kinds of students and have a series of workshops with local and international teachers planned for you.

Starting Monday Sept 2nd, we have TWO 55 minute Open Power classes (heated) every Monday and Wednesday morning in Irishtown Stadium. Drop in only €12. Class starts 7.05AM sharp.

Our 10 class mid week morning pass (€120) for Early Birds is available for purchase online.

We call this practice ‘power’ yoga because the vinyasa flow practice leaves you feeling empowered. We warmly welcome beginners, improvers as well as more advanced students and teachers. All this practice asks for is an open mind and a positive attitude!

The majority (8) of our 11 weekly classes are Open Level. Our motivated and friendly teaching team hail from all parts of the world. We have an additional 3 classes to cater for more experienced students and teachers. Check out what the different classes mean here.

Together with Boss Hot Yoga this October we host  Day Christensen (Day1) all the way from Miami for a weekend of functional movement workshops over the October bank holiday weekend.
