There are an enormous range of yoga styles and practices out there. Yoga is very much a personal experience. We recommend you try a variety of class styles, teachers and find the yoga style that works for YOU.

We host in-person, online livestream and also have our own Mandala Yoga On Demand.

  • Pregnancy Yoga   Right now we don’t have regular pre or post natal classes on our schedule. We refer students to our teacher, Isabella Bottini who also teaches pregnancy (pre-natal) and post-natal classes.
