We have classes morning, evening and weekends. And a regular class/course for beginners every Wednesday evening.

NEW TO YOGA?
Visiting us for the first time?
The majority of our classes are multi-level. Beginners and drop in students are very welcome.
Here’s a quick guide for first timers. If you’re completely new to yoga and want a little more focus on alignment we suggest you try a morning class or drop us an email for advice.
