Regular Class Schedule

We host 10 classes per week including morning and evening classes at our 2 pop up locations. Our multi level classes cater for different practitioners.  All classes are 75 minutes in duration except Tuesday & Wednesday early morning classes which are 55 minutes.

New to yoga? 

Visiting us for the first time?

The majority of our classes are multi-level. Beginners and drop ins are very welcome. 

Check out our quick guide for first timers. If you are completely new to yoga and want a little more focus on alignment we suggest our Slow Power class is best for you.

  • The room is mildly heated
  • For a full description of classes: Power Vinyasa
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time
  • Mid week morning classes: Tuesday & Wednesdays.  Please note Irishtown Stadium only opens its doors at 7am so there is no entry before this time. Class starts 7.05am sharp and finishes by 8am.
