New to yoga? 

Visiting us for the first time?

The majority of our classes are multi-level. Beginners and drop in students are very welcome. 

Check out our quick guide for first timers. If you are completely new to yoga and want a little more focus on alignment we suggest you try a morning class or drop us an email for advice.
