BACK TO THE MAT!
Starting Monday, 2nd September we launch our new Autumn schedule.
11 classes per week including morning and evening classes in our 2 locations. Multi level to cater for different practitioners. See you on the mat!
New to yoga?
Visiting us for the first time?
The majority of our classes are multi-level. Beginners and drop ins are very welcome.
Check out our quick guide for first timers. If you are completely new to yoga and want a little more alignment we sugges our Slow Power classes are best for you.
- The room is heated to about 30 degrees celsius.

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time
- Mid week morning classes: Please note Irishtown Stadium only opens its doors at 7am so there is no entry before this time. Class starts 7.05am sharp and finishes by 8am.
