Autumn schedule.

10 classes per week including morning and evening classes in our 2 locations. Multi level to cater for different practitioners. See you on the mat!  All classes are 75 minutes in duration except Tuesday and Wednesday morning which are 55 minutes.

New to yoga? 

Visiting us for the first time?

The majority of our classes are multi-level. Beginners and drop ins are very welcome. 

Check out our quick guide for first timers. If you are completely new to yoga and want a little more focus on alignment we suggest our Slow Power class is best for you.

  • The room is mildly heated
  • For a full description of classes: Power Vinyasa
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time
  • Mid week morning classes: Tuesday & Wednesdays.  Please note Irishtown Stadium only opens its doors at 7am so there is no entry before this time. Class starts 7.05am sharp and finishes by 8am.
