Walk into the Light for Aware

We’re taking our yoga Off the Mat for the first 3 weeks of March. We invite you to take part in a Walking Challenge in aid of Aware.

We want to walk together towards the light to reach our virtual destination on March 21st –  the Spring Equinox.

Why 21 days?

It takes 21 days to make or break a habit.

The Spring Equinox marks an important tipping point in the calendar year when daylight hours overtake the darkness.

How will it work?

Start your walking challenge on Monday March 1st.

Walk as many KMs as you can every day. Log your KMs on our daily Tracker. For every kilometre you walk, we’ll donate 14 cents to Aware.

Yoga classes all during March will be designed to keep your body strong, supple and healthy.

The winner will be the student with the most KMs clocked up in the 21 day period. And our Winner will receive a FREE 30 day unlimited yoga pass for the month of April.

PS We’ll have a couple of  bonus days where you get to double or even treble your KMs  🙂

  • International Womens’ Day (Monday 8 March)
  • Paddy’s Day (Wednesday 17 March)
  • Spring Equinox (Sunday 21 March)

You don’t have to be a Mandala Yogi to join our challenge. Why not get some friends to join up too? Every step counts!
