Pregnancy Yoga

We do not currently have any pregnancy-specific yoga classes on our schedule.  Our Slow Power class (2 classes per week) could be suitable for expectant mums in the early stages of their pregnancy who regularly practice yoga and are feeling healthy and well. 

We refer students to our teacher Isabella Bottini (Bella) who teaches public and private antenatal and postnatal yoga classes and courses.

Always check with your physician as to whether you should practice yoga or not. If you know or think you might be pregnant, please let the teacher know at the beginning of class.
