PostNatal Yoga

PostNatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga classes with Breda  take place Fridays 12.30pm (50 mins).

It’s about time for you.

Are you a New Mum or PostPartum?

Our postnatal yoga classes are designed to support you as you regain your physical strength and manage through the hormonal shifts taking place postpartum.

Together we will practice gentle yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques that will support your healing and recovery journey, helping you to regain physical strength  (including pelvic floor and abdominal), balance energy and help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Note: Please speak to your GP before joining if you experienced any complication during or after giving birth that may have slowed down your recovery.
